USN Captains Dress Blue Jacket

US Navy captain's dress blue jacket. Six buttons with eagle on fouled anchor design. Small breast pocket, two outside waist pockets, two inside pockets (one with buttoned flap).
Note: Photo shows ribbons and surface warfare emblem. The ribbons shown are missing and presumed stolen.
