USN Mk 1 Ship's Compass
Object/Artifact
Ship's compass. Inscription on compass face reads, "US Navy BU. Ships. Mark 1 #3419 1941 The Lionel Corp." Original compass is in a newer box with original makers label attached to it. Small label reads:

Mark 1 N Navy STD.
7 1/2 Illuminated Compass
