USN Captains Dress Blue Jacket

US Navy captain's dress blue jacket. Heavy wool, lined, double breasted design, navy color. Six gold buttons with eagle on fouled anchor design. Small outside breast pocket, two outside waist pockets, two inside pockets (one with buttoned flap). Captain's rank four stripes and stars in gold on sleeves.
Label inside is embroidered with:
DAVIS CLOTHING COMPANY
BROCKTON, MASSACHUSETTS
On the left breast is a gold Command at Sea insignia pin (star over anchor)
On the right breast is a a gold surface warfare emblem pin.
Note: The photo shows a rack of ribbons. These ribbons, meant to duplicate those worn by Captain Gneckow, are missing from the jacket and presumed to be stolen.
