US Navy MIL-L-15581J Pouch Type, CO2 Inflatable Life Preserver. Manufactured Nov 1983 by Rubber Crafters of West Virginia, Inc. Day-glow orange vinyl impregnated fabric. Folds into olive drab vinyl impregated cloth carry case with snap closures. Vest includes inflater with gas cylinder, mouth inflator/deflator tube, flashlight / signal light, dye marker pouch, police whistle, web belt and straps. Stenciled on back of carry case is: BB-61.
