We’re diving into one of the massive tanks on the outboard side of the ship. This thirty-foot-deep steel cavern is one of series of fuel and ballast tanks along the midships waterline that helped contain IOWA’s two-million-gallon load.
Did we say TWO MILLION? We sure did.

Buckle up for an epic adventure, full of dark holes, sketchy rope ladders, and plenty of rust.
