That’s A Wrap!
Ten weeks, cool videos, cofferdams, cathodic protection… Our hull preservation campaign has been a heck of a ride. On Monday we’ll be bringing this informative journey to a close (but not the hull preservation!).

But wait – we got one last match!
Captain Rich Abele, who started this campaign with its first match, has decided to end it with another. We’re a bit flabbergasted by his generosity: he’s offered to match any funds we raise up to $5,000! These funds will help us get closer to the $100,000 mark, which would really make a difference not only in doing current work on the hull, but in establishing the means for ongoing maintenance.

Covid regulations are easing, but in the interest of safety, we’re keeping our observance of Memorial Day mainly virtual this year. We’ll broadcast a ceremony live from the fantail at 10:00 AM. It will be followed by a concert to celebrate the American Spirit, headlined by the Jokers.
