OPERATION JAILBREAK
CEO Jonathan Williams' request for letters supporting Battleship IOWA's move to West Harbor has initiated a healthy trickle of emails. It's time to open the floodgates.
If you've already sent a letter, thank you. If you haven't yet had a chance, please send yours today. And if you really want to help us create an email deluge, please forward this email to family, friends, and others who'd also like to see Battleship IOWA as the anchor of West Harbor.
We've made it easy. Either write your own or use this link to a template letter. Please sign and email your letter to jailbreak@labattleship.com.
The goal is to punctuate Jonathan's comments to the LA Harbor Commission with the thud of these letters hitting the podium.

LONG BEACH GIVES
Long Beach Gives is the citywide, online fundraising campaign to raise awareness and inspire community giving for Long Beach nonprofits.
The goal is to inspire individuals and businesses in the community to come together to make a difference in the exemplary work of local nonprofits.
And Battleship IOWA has been selected as one of Long Beach Gives' non-profits for 2023!
Our goal? Raise $25,000 for our youth education program.
You can contribute directly or set up your own peer-to-peer fundraiser. Giving is open now, but tomorrow is the big day.
