Include a Sailor

Honor a sailor by bringing their story to life inside the Life of a Sailor experience.

Through Include a Sailor, your sailor will become part of a growing exhibit that recognizes the people who served, the roles they performed, and the experiences that shaped their lives.

Your Sailor’s Display Includes

• A full-size graphic representation of the sailor
• Placement in a public area along the visitor journey
• A personal biography accessible through a QR code

Photo Requirements

A high-resolution, full-length photograph of the sailor in uniform is preferred.

When a full-length photograph is unavailable, a high-resolution portrait may be placed on an appropriate uniformed sailor model.

Additional Information

Select sailors may also be included in the exhibit’s background audio; however, audio placement is not guaranteed.

Each sailor will remain on display for a minimum of five years.
