Every sailor faces adversity. In 2011, a small team raced against time to pull Battleship IOWA out of the Navy’s reserve “ghost fleet” — or watch her be scrapped forever. Now it’s your turn to live that mission.

Part scavenger hunt, part real-life rescue, Escape the Fleet is a high-stakes adventure game inspired by IOWA’s true rescue story. Your mission begins with a briefing — then your team of 2–6 navigates tight passageways, climbs ladders, and searches hundreds of compartments for clues hidden in rarely seen parts of the ship, off-limits on any other tour. Race the clock, solve the puzzle, and save the ship.

You’re not alone — a trained support crew is on hand for safety — but they won’t help you solve a thing. You’ll need teamwork, brains, and boldness to succeed.
Your visit also includes the self-guided IOWA Experience (2 hours), so you can explore the rest of the ship at your own pace.

Ages 16+. Closed-toe shoes required. Physically demanding — includes ladders and tight spaces. 2–6 participants per group. Advance reservations required.
